Barrel sauna kit delivered to Waterford

Sunny south-east

The south-east is among the sunnier, drier parts of Ireland, though winters still bring cold evenings. A sauna extends the use of your garden.

Coast and valleys

Tramore and Dunmore East are seaside towns with sea swimming. Dungarvan and Lismore have larger plots.

Delivery and assembly in Waterford

Holiday home and seaside use

The Waterford coast has many holiday homes. A sauna in the garden adds a feature that guests remember, and the compact barrel can be placed without much disturbance.

Because the kit is shipped flat on a pallet, delivery to a rural or coastal property is straightforward, provided a lorry can reach the edge of the site.

Copper Coast and the Suir valley

East of Dungarvan the Copper Coast is known for its cliffs and coves, with plenty of holiday homes and quiet gardens. Inland, the Suir valley is gentler, with larger plots around Carrick-on-Suir and Lismore.

A sauna works as a holiday-home feature as well as a family one. Because the kit is delivered on a single pallet and put together with simple tools, it does not need a large work crew or heavy machinery.

If the house is empty for part of the year, choose the wood stove and keep the vents set according to the instructions so the timber dries between visits.

Keeping it simple on site

The kit arrives as pre-fitted parts with an illustrated manual, so you do not need specialist skills. A drill, a hammer, a spirit level and a stepladder are enough, and a couple of willing helpers make the day move fast. Most owners finish the shell on the first day and the benches, door and lighting on the second.
