Barrel sauna kit delivered to Kilkenny

Inland Ireland

Kilkenny is inland, so winters can be frosty, and a wood-fired sauna feels well suited.

Riverside and farmland

Along the Nore, Thomastown and Graiguenamanagh have riverside gardens, and the farmland has spacious plots, ideal for a 3 m barrel or a Quadro.

Delivery and assembly in Kilkenny

Frosty nights inland

Without the sea nearby to moderate the temperature, Kilkenny can see sharp frosts. The thick spruce walls keep the heat in, and a wood stove warms the cabin within the hour.

Place the sauna with a clear path from the house, and lay a slab path if the lawn gets muddy in winter.

Heritage town, practical gardens

Kilkenny is a medieval town with castle views and busy streets, but just outside the centre are quiet estates and country houses with generous gardens. These are the plots where a barrel sauna works best.

Tell us what space you have between the house and the boundary, whether the garden slopes, and whether a lorry can park at the gate. We can match the model to the plot and plan the carry.

Frosty mornings are common, so a covered stack of logs next to the stove side means you can start the fire without going out in wet shoes.

Maintenance through the year

Wipe down the benches after use, keep the vents open to let the cabin dry, and give the outside a coat of wood treatment each year. A well-kept spruce sauna can serve a household for many years. The warranty on the structure is twelve months, and the stove has the maker's warranty.
